Hearing Aid Submission
Effective 7/1/2023, BCBSWY will reimburse hearing aids at 100% of submitted invoices. Providers should bill the cost of professional services associated with providing the hearing aid separately. These services may include the following: fitting (V5011), evaluation (V5020) and dispensing (V5160).
Please always include an invoice when submitting billing for reimbursement.
