OUR NETWORK: WYOMING ROOTS. NATIONWIDE COVERAGE.

Our pharmacy network includes more than 55,000 pharmacies in Wyoming and across the United States, making it easy to find a convenient location near you.

When you choose an in‑network pharmacy, you benefit from lower prescription costs, streamlined service, and easy access to your medications.

Why choose an in‑network pharmacy?

  • Save money with discounted prescription pricing
  • Enjoy convenient, nationwide access
  • Experience faster, hassle-free service

If you visit a non‑network pharmacy, you will be responsible for paying the full cost of your prescription upfront. You may submit a claim for reimbursement; however, coverage is not guaranteed, and out-of-network prescriptions may result in higher out-of-pocket expenses.

Stay in-network to maximize your pharmacy benefits and save on prescriptions.

ACCESS YOUR MyPrime ACCOUNT

3. Use MyPrime to access in-network pharmacies, view Rx claim history, review medicine coverage and more!

PREFERRED DRUG FORMULARY

A preferred drug list or formulary is a list of prescription drugs and supplies that have been selected to give you the best results while saving you the most money. You can buy a drug that is not on the list, but you may pay more. Ask your doctor to prescribe medications from your formulary when possible.

Who decides which drugs go on the list?

The Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) committee makes decisions about the drug list. This committee is made up of doctors and pharmacists. These drugs meet clinical standards for safety, effectiveness, uniqueness and cost.

Tips & Tools to Lower Prescription Drug Costs

You may be able to lower your prescription drug costs by making informed decisions about your medications.
Use these practical tips to save money while maintaining quality care.

Choose Cost-Effective Medication Options

  • Ask about generic drugs: Generic medications offer the same effectiveness, safety, and quality as brand-name drugs—but at a lower cost. The FDA requires generics to match brand-name drugs in:
    • Dosage form
    • Strength
    • Performance
    • Quality
    • Safety
    • Intended use
  • Use Mail-Service
    • Filling prescriptions via a mail-service pharmacy can save time and may reduce costs, especially for maintenance medications.

Talk with Your Doctor or Pharmacist

  • Request formulary medications: Ask your doctor to prescribe drugs included on your health plan’s formulary to maximize coverage and minimize out-of-pocket costs.
  • Review your current medications: Regularly discuss all prescriptions with your doctor to ensure each one is necessary for your current care plan and health needs.
  • Ask about lower-dose options: A lower dosage may be appropriate and more affordable.
  • Check for duplicate therapies: Make sure you’re not taking medications with similar effects unnecessarily.
  • Explore over-the-counter alternatives: Some conditions can be treated effectively with OTC (over the counter) medications, which are often less expensive than prescriptions. Choosing generic OTC brands can reduce costs further.

Always follow your doctor’s recommendations regarding your care and treatment.
