Beginning Jan. 1, 2022, provider directory information must be reviewed and validated every 90 days, in accordance with the No Surprises Act. BCBSWY Provider Relations staff have begun to do outreach via email/phone to our providers.
If you would like to validate this information prior to our outreach you can use this form to confirm your name, address, specialty, telephone number, and digital contact information of each health care provider or health care facility. We appreciate your assistance and patience.
