We Want to Hear From You!

BCBSWY values feedback from our provider community to improve our communications and processes. In the coming weeks, you will be invited to complete a feedback survey to let us know what we’re doing well and where we could improve.

We have engaged a third-party vendor to facilitate this survey and your responses are completely confidential. The survey will come from Kris Urbanek, Sr. Director of Provider Affairs, so be on the lookout for this email to arrive in your inbox.

If you have others in your office who do not currently receive our provider updates but would like to participate in the survey, please send an email to provider.relations@bcbswy.com and let us know. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

Healthcare Provider Support Group
We know many of you are on the frontlines during this current surge of COVID-19 infections—feeling stressed, tired, and burnout. We see you, and we appreciate you.
If you’re needing additional support, or have a colleague who is, consider this weekly confidential support group for health care providers coping with burnout, PTSD and stress related to treating COVID-19.
