Reminder, you can find the BCBSWY Provider Manual here and under “Provider Resources” at BCBSWY.com. It’s important for you to follow the contractual obligations found in Section One and we encourage you to annually review these policies.
Provider Directory
Beginning Jan. 1, 2022, provider directory information must be reviewed and validated every 90 days, in accordance with the No Surprises Act. In the coming weeks, BCBSWY will share more information on this new requirement and send regular reminders.
