BCBSWY will continue to allow our expansion of telemedicine options for member care adopted March 18, 2020 and extended through December 31, 2020 except for the following:
- Waiver of member cost-share for telemedicine visits will terminate effective September 1, 2020. BCBSWY Members will now be responsible for the appropriate cost-share.
- BCBSWY will no longer reimburse for telemedicine therapy provided by Speech Therapists,
Physical Therapists, or Occupational Therapists effective September 1, 2020. - BCBSWY will no longer reimburse for e-visits effective September 1, 2020.
