- Any services related to Transplant
- Any services related to Intensive Outpatient Psychiatric or Substance Abuse

Reminder – Specialty Care Prior Authorizations
Currently, we are unable to process the following types of prior authorization requests through Availity: Inpatient hospice, skilled nursing facility, acute rehab unit, swing bed, transitional care unit, residential care and long-term acute care hospital.
