For treatment of COVID-19 please include U07.1 on your claim. New COVID-19 related diagnosis codes such as J12.82, M35.81, and M35.89 alone will not waive cost share.

To limit in person contact, BCBSWY will reimburse telemedicine encounters within the same facility or clinic. Please bill these as a non-telemedicine encounter.
