Location Change Notifications
As a reminder, Providers are obligated to notify BCBSWY of any changes in Provider’s name, contact information, billing address, taxpayer identification number, or ownership status within thirty (30) days of the change. This includes any location changes.

Coding Advice – Professional, Technical and Global Services Policy:
- Modifier TC needs to be added to any code requiring a TC or 26 when billed by a facility. (Please be sure to include this modifier on all applicable UB-04 claims to prevent any future errors.)
