BCBSWY is introducing a new Site of Care program, CarePath, designed to support health care affordability and access across Wyoming. The program connects members with clinically appropriate care in cost-effective settings and is scheduled to launch in August 2026 for Total Knee surgeries.
BCBSWY remains committed to transparent communication and collaborative engagement with hospitals and provider partners throughout implementation. As part of this effort, hospitals will have opportunities to continue providing services through mutually agreed-upon case arrangements that support affordability while recognizing the vital role local hospitals play in Wyoming communities.
Members will continue to have access to hospital-based care when medically appropriate and aligned with individual clinical needs.

New No-Cost Electronic Payment Option Available
We have an important update on how you can receive payments from WyoBlue Advantage.
We understand that some providers have experienced fees associated with receiving payments via ACH through our vendor, Zelis. We’re pleased to inform you that a no-cost electronic payment option is now available.
What’s New
You now have the option to receive:
- Electronic payments at no cost through Zelis’ ePayment Center, or
- Paper checks, if preferred
Action Required
To switch to the no-cost electronic payment option, you will need to contact Zelis directly: Zelis Provider Support: 855-774-4392
A brief validation process is required during the call to ensure your account information is secure and protected.
Why This Matters
Switching to the updated no-cost option will allow you to:
- Continue receiving payments electronically
- Avoid any fees associated with prior ACH arrangements
- If you have recently contacted us regarding payment fees, or if you have any questions, we encourage you to call the number above as soon as possible to make the change.
Important Reminder: WyoBlue Advantage Claim Offsets
We would like to remind providers of the correct process for handling offsets related to WyoBlue Advantage claims.
Any required offsets for WyoBlue Advantage claims are processed automatically. When an overpayment or adjustment is identified, the system will apply the appropriate offset to future payments.
Please do not submit paper checks for WyoBlue Advantage claim offsets. Sending in checks can delay processing and create reconciliation issues.
Reminders:
- Offsets for WyoBlue Advantage claims are automatically applied.
- No action is needed from the provider to initiate the offset.
- Do not mail checks for WyoBlue Advantage claim adjustments.
