Boys & Girls Club Wyoming Alliance has partnered with us since 2015 to support the Healthy Habits program. In 2018, this partnership expanded to include a youth mental health initiative featuring Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) suicide prevention training. We also collaborated with the University of Wyoming to provide stipends for social work students serving at the Boys & Girls Clubs in Casper and Cheyenne. In 2023, funding was further expanded to support Behavioral Support Specialists in Clubs across the state. Additionally, Wyoming Boys & Girls Clubs continue to strengthen trauma-informed practices through the national Boys & Girls Club of America and Blue Cross Blue Shield trauma-informed training program, with five of Wyoming’s six Clubs achieving advanced status.

Workforce Scholarships have played a significant role in strengthening Wyoming’s health care workforce. Since the 2016-17 academic year, we have awarded 95 scholarships to 87 students, with 17 recipients currently enrolled in school. Scholarship recipients have achieved a 94.3% graduation rate, demonstrating the program’s success in supporting student achievement.
Among the 19 Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) graduates who received a Caring Foundation scholarship, 15 are practicing in Wyoming. Of those, 40% work in family medicine and primary care, 33% specialize in psychiatric and mental health care, and 27% practice in other specialties. Additionally, 19 of the 45 ReNEW/BSN program graduates are currently practicing in Wyoming, helping address the state’s health care workforce needs.

Still Me Foundation is a new organization serving older adults, particularly those who are uninsured, underinsured, or facing barriers that prevent them from receiving essential health and supportive services in Natrona County.
Our support helps provide direct assistance to older adults by connecting them with critical services such as vision, dental, and hearing care; mobility equipment; transportation to medical and other essential appointments; and adult day services that offer supervision, support with daily activities, nutrition, and caregiver respite.
By helping remove financial and logistical barriers to care, this partnership supports older Wyoming residents in maintaining their health, independence, and quality of life while remaining connected to the services and resources they need as they age.

Wyoming Enrichment Network focuses on helping Wyoming youth thrive outside the traditional school setting. Through its Time to Thrive initiative, the organization is leading a statewide, multi-year effort to equip educators, youth professionals, caregivers, mentors, employers, and community leaders with the tools and resources needed to support positive youth development.
Our support helps establish the foundation for this initiative by funding key outreach and engagement efforts, including statewide campaign messaging, digital toolkits, regional convenings, and program development. These resources are designed to increase awareness, strengthen collaboration among youth-serving organizations, and provide practical tools that help communities create meaningful opportunities for young people beyond the school day.
