Billing Codes & Pilot Program

Don’t Forget NDCs When Billing J-Codes

When billing J-Codes, please provide Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming with the NDC for that medication. Failure to do so may delay claims processing. Please include the qualifier code with the NDC.
