We are currently experiencing long wait times for our Member Services call center.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

If you are calling about your January 1 premium, be assured we will work with you and that your coverage is effective January 1, 2019. Members will have a grace period to pay their premiums and coverage will continue during that time.

If you pay your own bill and  have not received your member ID card, you can find your member ID # at the top of the second page of the billing statement.  Use this number to register at to access your member ID card and find other services.
