Senior Plans

Medicare is the largest health insurance program in the United States, insuring millions of people age 65 and older, and those with certain disabilities. This federal program began in 1965 to help America's seniors pay for healthcare. Its purpose remains the same, but the program has changed dramatically since then.

Original Medicare doesn't cover everything. You have to pay deductibles and coinsurance when you receive healthcare services. You're also responsible for routine physicals, eye exams and most prescription drugs.
